INFORMATION ON VOLUNTEERING WITH

THE BVA EXECUTIVE

 

If you love Bayview Village and would like to help keep it clean, friendly, safe and vibrant consider volunteering with your association.  Any measure of time, whether little or more, will be appreciated.  All you need is a willingness to help.  Rest assured, you would be joining a group of very friendly people who help each other. Here are some openings:

 

Volunteers needed for specific Bayview Village Events such as:

  • Winter Magic lighting contest – December. (Promoting and judging).
  • Garden Tour – June. (Promoting and helping the organizer).
  • Special Events (e.g. Canada Day Celebration in the Park).  (Help with setting up, serving and winding down).

 

Volunteers also needed to join the executive committee who liaise on:

  • Building developments, zoning by-laws and any other municipal and government affairs
  • Education
  • Environmental issues
  • Beautification of the Village
