Our association is the heart of the community, where like-minded neighbors work together to enhance our living experience.

🌲 Melding with Nature: Our design philosophy? Fitting our community into the landscape, not the other way around. With streets named after racehorses and plans designed by the visionary Dr. E.G. Faludi, our neighborhood respects the natural contours and beauty of the land.

Meet neighbours: Use the BVA to meet the folks next door and connect with the ones down the street through (COVID compliant) neighbourhood group events, member's only "What's Happening" weekly e-newsletters, and news-rich e-blasts.

Be heard: The BVA offers a direct, amplified line to your neighborhood leaders, city council members and other elected officials. We voice your concerns over safety, security, development, traffic and other issues that affect us all. In addition, we host All-Candidates Meetings prior to Municipal, Provincial or Federal elections.

Event Access: Be the first to know about member's only and community-wide events. The BVA supports a broad range of COVID-compliant events, including community clean-up days; tree and plant swaps; community gatherings with local leaders like City Councillor Shelley Carroll; InTO the Ravine ecology walks; the string quartet recital in Blue Ridge Park; and shredding day.
